Nikki has a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in biology and a Master’s in Education. This farm wife has been part of the agriculture community since her teenage years driving grain carts on rice farms, participating in FFA and 4-H, and rodeo her way through high school! Nikki signed her contract to become a farm wife on a 4th generation rice farm and cattle ranch in 2007 . Nikki manages her own cattle operation and has managed her own rice farming entity. Nikki became a social media content creator in 2022 to show what life is like living and working in the agriculture community! Nikki uses skits, humor, and education to teach others the joys and struggles of agriculture.
